The CRC projects B10 and B06 present their research on Ukraine at the XI World Congress of the International Council for Central and East European Studies (ICCEES). The Congress, which takes place only every 5 years, is the biggest event for academic area studies on Eastern Europe. This year it is organised at the University College London (UCL).
The panel on "Solidarity and Social Justice in Ukraine. Challenges of War" has been organised by the CRC 1342.
For B10 Viktoriia Muliavka and Jakob Frizell present their research on "Sharing burdens: the impact of war on tax progressivity preferences in Ukraine". For B06 Oksana Chorna will talk about first results from her large-scale survey on the social policy preferences of internally displaced persons. The panel is chaired by Heiko Pleines, the project director of B06.
The papers of the panel have just been published as special issue of the Ukrainian Analytical Digest.
